Fabric of ITASHIMESHIBORI ①[ 板締め絞り ]

It is made using the "itajime-shibori" technique of Kyoto Kanoko-shibori. The fabric is folded and tied between boards to prevent dyeing, leaving streaks, and the way the streaks are dyed differs from one to another.
